This short podcast covers my wishes for eComStation 2.0 now that we have the GA version which are:

Win32 application support using a built in virtualisation engine (possibly the QT4 version of Virtualbox/2),

a new up to date Java version

a version of Flash 10 that works with the GA rather that claiming the code is not registered (this is a bug added in the GA code that was not in the RTM code).

While on the subject of Web Video, I point out one video site (http://www.dailymotion.com), that is beta testing an option to switch the video it streams to you from Flash to HTML5. Given Apple's refusal to support Flash on their mobile devices, I think we will start to see more sites switching to or giving the option of, video in HTML5 format - which has to be good news for eCS and OS/2 as we already have HTML5 support built into both the Firefox and SeaMonkey browsers.

By the way, don't think we have had a recording fault, the bad audio is caused by a bout of Flu I am suffering, not faulty hardware or software.
